The only word I don't like is 'candle,' not bright enough; lightning bolt maybe?
I really like Fithel's "No, you are too apt to blame the pleadings of other men; plead for thyself." What a GREAT sentence.
All of the story is clever and well thought out.
Keep-up this writing!
Can't claim most of it as my own though.
The story is one of the Ulster Cycle tales.
All I did was convert it into an Audio-Play format by creating the narrators, giving speaking parts, structuring it etc. So, actually, apart from most of the 'words' of the story, I did all the rest =)
It's the format side I'm interested in feedback for as well as the story.
I'll reite up some of the other tales at some point; The Shattering Cup and The Bell Branch.
