As for this first page, it's very detailed. Probably too detailed. You've got a lot of direction in your descriptions. If you're hoping to film this yourself, then it's whatever, but if not then you kinda have to cut that out. For instance- the biohazard symbol between the N and the H is too much. And indicating that "we never enter into the bathroom" is something that a prospective director will decide upon. Focus on the story, not the movie.

I like how you have to much descriptive detail. It's like a movie in our heads and so far the first page looks great
