Biography

I am a co-founder and co-owner of Improv Asylum, an improvisation and sketch comedy theater located in Boston. I have written, produced, directed and acted in thousands of shows across the country with Improv Asylum and I've co-written and acted in two Improv Asylum television pilot projects ("Peanut Hunt" and "Turning it Around").

Prior to Improv Asylum, I went through Second City's Conservatory program and performed with The Factory Theater in Chicago. I've also acted in various ads, TV and film projects (you may remember me most recently from a stunning turn as Morgue Clerk #2 on Showtime's "Brotherhood"....good stuff, very believable office work)

In addition to performing, I also head up Improv Asylum's corporate training program and I have a background in advertising (I was Polaroid's Advertising Director and worked at Leo Burnett on the Kellogg's account).

I graduated from Amherst College, majoring in Political Science as well as Environmental Economics & Law, neither of which are particularly funny.
